Hotel a Desert Hot Springs

“The staff was friendly, but something felt off about the overall experience. I only saw them at check-in and check-out, and they were otherwise unavailable. The photos listed online are misleading and make the rooms appear much nicer than they actually are. The room I stayed in had several issues, including roaches, cracks throughout the walls, and what appeared to be mold in the shower. The “private pool” was more like a dirty pond and clearly not maintained. The TV was oversized and awkwardly...

“Great hotel”

“We stayed in the presidential suite, the room was outdated and old the carpets had stains. The second bedrooms AC did not work. We advised staff twice they sent someone once who couldn’t fix it and didn’t bother we us again. For the price I paid you would think they would care. Not sure why I got charged an additional resort fee, the pools are clean but that is all that is decent about the property. ”

“The entire resort was beautiful! The staff was so helpful and welcoming. The mineral pools are amazing and so relaxing! The airstream is well set up and the beds are super comfortable!! I loved my stay and will definitely be coming back.”
